Good morning EverWalk Nation! Here's your tip of the day. HASHTAGS help you find posts -- your own and other people's. So if you're posting about a specific place -- try using that place. . . #losangeles or #losangeleswalks in your post. If you're posting about something in nature -- try adding that to your post: #heron or #flowers. Why does this matter? Because when you're out on a walk and trying to remember what Mel said about salamanders, but you can't find the post, you can use the magnifying glass to search for the hashtag #salamanders -- and there it will be. Allowing you to impress all your friends by suavely saying, "Why, yes, that is a spotted salamander. It can be found in vernal pools." Or it can help other walkers in your area find great walks or connect with local walkers. SO TRY USING HASHTAGS ON YOUR POSTS. It's easy and it will make the app much more enjoyable and useful over time!
