I fell of the green wagon sometime in the middle of the week, but I had one last pic I wanted to share! The camera did not do this spot justice at all, but I still think it’s a great picture and it gives me a plug for “coming attractions”... Earlier @Mel Grosvenor mentioned featuring natural phenomena outside of Ohio, I’m hoping to help her about a bit - this pic was taken at the GR Thompson Wildlife Management Area in Linden, VA (about 70 miles west of Washington DC) and it’s biggest claim to fame is that it is home to the largest concentration of trillums in VA and possibly in the entire US! The trillium bloom in late April/early May. I’m planning a trip out there to share it with you all at that time! It’s an amazing sight when they are in bloom! I have thousands of pictures from past years because I can’t stop myself! So enjoy the green now and stay tuned for the wildflowers. 😀
