After working, I did a six minute wall squat, a few tripod headstands, some abs and HIIT cardio sprints. I tried to do a plank, but I only did a minute and a half. I’ll try again tomorrow. It’s been a very long time since I did planks. I used to do 4.5 plank twice a week.
