Hi everyone! So I’m taking advantage of this new app by “telling on myself “. I’ve been dealing with Achilles tendinitis for a very long time. I tried stretches, ice, physical therapy, new sneakers...pretty much everything! But the one thing I didn’t try was losing weight. As of yesterday I’m embarking on a new journey starting with the 30 pounds I put on since the COVID lock down. I’ll check in periodically and would love support. Thanks!!
